Castlethorpe Village: Download Public Papers & Forms

There are a number of papers and booking forms which are available to the public for download including;

Booking Forms for the Village Hall and Sports Ground and for other occasional events.
The Minutes of Parish Council Meetings which are also posted on Notice Boards after each meeting. Minutes of the Finance and Sports Committees and of the Open Forum discussion which precedes the monthly meeting are also available for download. The Agenda for Parish Council Meetings is available about three days before each Meeting and is either posted here or directly in an article in the Village Diary. All meetings are open to the public.
The Minutes of the Hanslope Park Consultative Area Forum (a meeting held for the parishes of Castlethorpe, Hanslope and Haversham with Milton Keynes Council) and the Parishes Assembly (a meeting for all Milton Keynes parish councils). The meetings are open to the public.
The Minutes of the Village Hall Committee which is also open to the public.
The Minutes of the Rural West Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG). This includes the parishes of Castlethorpe, Hanslope and Haversham, Milton Keynes Council and Thames Valley Police.
